Planting Plans
Frenchay Village New Build Garden
The gardening flooded every downpour. Creating a boggy unusable garden. French drains were installed under the lawn, raised oak sleeper beds to level the slope out, new borders and lots of lovely pollinator friendly perennials. A rose rope swag was installed to raise the height of the fencing without feeling hemmed in and add more privacy.
St Andrews Family Garden
The gardening simply felt unappealing to the family to spend time in. Zoning the kids play equipment, replacing tired fencing and repeating the planting with elegant hydrageas and repeat ever green ferns has encouraged the family to spend more time outside. We even found a frog which is now known affectionately as 'Freddy'!
Mangotsfield Large Family Garden
This garden is so big it has an atlantic pine tree... a once loved garden that had been left to over grow. We've updated borders where there are gaps and built a stumpery in a shady section where the builders wrecked a border by the house. Over time this will fill out to provide a lush green backdrop against the beautiful stone work.
Clifton Raised Sleeper Border Courtyard
Courtyards are a brilliant space to design as even cm is precious so planting the right plant in the right aspect is so important. Providing the client with a little privacy without feeling cramped and allowing enough space to move around. A bin caddie was installed under the bay window so that the recycling had a home has made the space feel really inviting.
